Lynne Parker Davis has been in real estate for almost nine years, first with Northside Realty and then with Coldwell Banker Residential, and now with Keller Williams. She has earned many accolades and credentials during those years including the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, Lifetime Member Million Dollar Club, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Cendant Mobility Relocation Specialist, and others.

As a long-term owner of an EIFS home, Lynne took a personal as well as a business interest in stucco homes early on, first for their beauty and then for their proper maintenance and care. She has taken numerous courses about stucco from MoistureFree Warranty company, ProSpect, Home Inspectors of Georgia, and others, as well as forged alliances with Harry Johnson of EIFS and Stucco Inspections and Ed Wood of Dryvit Corporation. She has successfully sold dozens of EIFs and hardcoat stucco homes throughout the years as both a listing and buyers agent.

Lynne has a BA from LeMoyne College in Syracuse NY and did MBA coursework at Syracuse University. She resides in East Cobb with her high school son Barrett and dog Gracie.
